Call us for roadside assistance when…
Your Vehicle won’t start. We’ll come to you and check the battery, electrical system and give you a jumpstart to get you back on the road.
Your Battery is dead. We’ll bring a replacement Battery to you Australia wide. Note, Battery cost is not included.
You need a Tow. We’ll send you a tow truck to transport your vehicle to the nearest repairer or destination. Note, towing elsewhere is available and will be quoted on request.
You have a Flat Tyre. We’ll come to your aid and fit your spare wheel for you (it must be roadworthy & accessible), and get you back on the road.
You need a Hire Car. If your car has let you down & you’re stranded, we’re here to help and will reimburse the cost of a hire car for up to 5 days, at $140 p/day. In the case when your vehicle has had a mechanical breakdown 100 kms from home and it is deemed unroadworthy for more than 48 hours (excluding public holidays, weekends, supplier/workshop delays). We’ll just need a copy of the car hire and vehicle repairers invoice. Note, reimbursement excludes fuel & insurance costs.
You’re locked out of your Car. If you need an expert, we’re on call to help get you back in. And if we can’t, we’ll call out a locksmith and cover up to $70 (inc GST) of the cost.
You need Fuel. If you’re stuck in between towns, or have just run the tank dry, we’ll bring 10 litres of fuel to you. Note, the cost of the Unleaded petrol or Diesel is not included.
You need somewhere to stay. If you’ve had an accident or major mechanical breakdown 100+ kms from home, we’ll help with the cost of emergency accommodation. In the case of an accident we’ll reimburse up to $100 “room only rate” p/night for up to 3 nights. Note, excludes pre-booked accommodation. We’ll need a copy of the accident report, vehicle repair and the hotel/motel invoices. In the case of a major mechanical breakdown we’ll reimburse up to $140 “room only rate” p/night for up to 5 nights. Note, excludes pre-booked accommodation. We’ll need a copy of vehicle repair and the hotel/motel invoices.
